I Need a Unique & Professional Website Design

Saw this on Freelancer.com today:

Budget: $250-$750 USD

Project Description:

I need a unique and professional website design. Website will be in two different selectable language: english and russian. There will be, at the beginning, a few pages, home, contact blog, my songs, etc.. I might add more, preferably admin panel for contact, blog, my songs administration not a detailed fancy admin page, just basics add, edit, delete.

I will supply all pictures. If you need an example what I need, I can’t give you because I need something really unique, but if you look at http://mikemai.net might give you an idea, which I don’t want you to copy, or make something similar. 

If it’s possible send me a picture or basic templates with imaginary photos and banners of your idea, so we can go from there.

Well…good luck, buddy. First of all, I’m flattered you used me as a reference. But what you are asking to be designed cannot be done for just $750.
